The SOAP client that you will download and run was written in Visual Basic.
It exploits a service built by Soapuser.com and hosted at
XMethods called the
Quotation Service. It is a simple service that gives you access to a
database of well-known quotations. Service methods include the ability to get a
full list of quotations, get a list of quotations by author, and submit a quotation
to the database (if you want more detail then check out the
service method signatures).
